Every study guide on this site is signed and locked against changes. If someone passes you a copy, you can check that nothing in it has been altered. There are two easy ways to do this.
1. Check the digital signature
Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) and open the signature panel. A genuine copy shows it was signed by Percival Hall, LearnAboutHim.com, and that the document has not been modified since it was signed. A copy that has been changed will show the signature as broken or missing.
2. Compare the fingerprint
Each file has a unique “fingerprint” (called a SHA-256 hash). If even one letter of the file is changed, the fingerprint changes completely. To see your copy's fingerprint:
On Windows: open PowerShell and type (with your own file name):
Get-FileHash "Faith.pdf" -Algorithm SHA256
On a Mac: open Terminal and type:
shasum -a 256 "Faith.pdf"
Then compare the result with the list below. Capital or small letters do not matter. If they match, your copy is exactly the one published here.
